first and sometimes it doesn’t seem to get
easier, but you do become committed and addicted
to it. When you see how much better you feel
after your workout, you will actually miss it if

advertising the equipment, but remember: feeling

probably more than the model will ever have.

that their health sometimes suffers. You can
concentrate on improving your health and enjoy
the added benefit of a more attractive
appearance. Even if you don’t lose all the
weight you wanted to, people will see the beauty
of better health shining through.

equipment for you is to ask questions and try
out the equipment. Go to the store with a list
of questions and be sure to talk to someone you
feel comfortable with.
