Mt.
St. Mary's College Chapel was the
setting for the recent marriage of
Miss Elaine Little and Dennis Robert
Ebaugh
Miss Little is the Daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Roy Little, Emmitsburg. Mr.
Ebaugh is the son of Mrs. Frances
Ebaugh of Keysville, and the late
Robert Wilson Ebaugh. Rev. James
Delaney performed the wedding
ceremony.
The bride, given in marriage by her
father, was attired in a floor length
gown of Organza and Chantilly lace.
The gown was styled with an empire
bodice, high neckline and sleeves. A
large self made bow attached to the
waist in the back held the detachable
long train. Chantilly lace encircled
the floor length mantilla she chose
for a headpiece. She carried a long
line bouquet of pom-poms, carnaimis,
and baby breath centered with white
roses. Colored streamers matching the
attendants gowns hung from tier
bouquet.
The bride chose Mrs. Geraldine
Hewitt, her sister, as matron of
honor. She was attired in a nile green
gown of polyester crepe with square
neckline and puff sleeves. To this she
added a matching picture hat She
carried a bouquet of' pom-poms,
daisies, mums arid baby's breath
centered with carnations with matching
green ribbons.
Bridal attendant were Mrs.
Sharollette Gyton, sister Of the
groom, and Miss Beth Little, sister of
the bride. Junior bridesmaids were
Miss Nancy Ebaugh, sister of the
groom, and miss Tina Mitchell, niece o
the bride. Their gowns were identical
to that of the honor attendant but in
lavender and yellow. Each wore
matching hats and carried bouquets
with Matching ribbons.
Miss Angela Dawees and miss Karen
Little, nieces of the bride, were
flower girls. Their gowns were of Nile
green and matched the honor
attendants. They carried baskets of
yellow and white daisies, Mums, and
baby's breath with Matching ribbons.
All the attendants wore Pearl
necklaces, a gift of the bride.
Serving as best man was Mr. Dennis
Miller. Ushers included David Little,
brother Of the bride; Andrew Mitchell,
nephew of the bride and Philip and
Bruce Ebaugh brothers of the groom.
Master Scott Hewitt, nephew of the
bride, was ring bearer
The couple left on a brief
honeymoon following a reception at the
Rocky Ridge Fire Hall. Out-of-town
guests we're from Pittsburgh, New
Jersey and New York. Since their
return the Ebaugh's are residing on
West Main Street in Emmitsburg
