ECC Gymnasium Scheduling Requests

Notice

The Town of Emmitsburg is scheduling usage times for the Emmitsburg Community Center gymnasium for the upcoming October 1, 2011 – March 31, 2012 athletic season.

All parties interested in being included in the schedule must send a letter outlining the name of the group, contract information, requested times, and type of use (i.e., basketball, volleyball, etc.).

A meeting between all interested parties will be scheduled at a later date.
