Citizens Advisory Committee
Minutes
November 5, 2013

Members in attendance at the November 5 committee meeting were Richard Lindsay, Joe Ritz, Steve Starliper, Ed Lowry, and Anne Kulceski. The meeting ran from 7pm to 8pm in the town office.

As briefly discussed during 'Administrative Business' at the November 18 town meeting, the following items were brought up at the November 5 Citizens Advisory Committee meeting:

 1) Change traffic flow on West Lincoln Ave (South Seton to School Lane ONLY) from dual direction to westbound only. 

2) The business department faculty at the Mount is available to help with additional surveys if the town is interested. Discussion / direction should be initiated by the town office with Ed Lowry. 

3) Although no parking signs have been installed on westbound 140 between the Convenience Plus and Timbermill Run, we would still like to approach State Highway about converting the shoulder into a turn lane.
