1.  Attended the following Town meetings and presented Comprehensive Rezoning and

    text amendment information:

          Town Council – January 20, 2010

          Planning Commission – January 25, 2010

2.  Prepared revisions to Zoning Ordinance and Parking Requirements text.  Prepared

    maps for Comprehensive Rezoning process.   Prepared PowerPoint presentation related

    to these items.

3.  Trained new staff members in office procedures.

4.  Responded to inquiries from, and met with, potential land developers.  Provided maps,

    site information, and discussed Town ordinance requirements.

5.  Continued work with Senior Inspector on revisions to Zoning office procedures

     manual.  This will be an ongoing process.
