Jeff has been with us since August of 2006, as both an intern while at seminary and as Temporary Supply Pastor, the position he currently holds. In addition to his work in Taneytown, Jeff is also the Pastoral Assistant at the First Presbyterian Church of Westminster, where he previously served as Youth Director. In May 2008, Jeff graduated from Gettysburg Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree. He served as chaplain at Hershey Medical Center during the summer of 2007. Jeff is currently under care of the Presbytery of Baltimore as a candidate for Ministry of Word and Sacrament. He and his wife, of 19 years, Jane are originally from the Pittsburgh area and currently live in Eldersburg.

MODERATOR OF SESSION - Rev. Dr. Walt Peters

Walt is the pastor at the First Presbyterian Church of Westminster, MD and he's been moderating our session meetings, pursuing the incorporation of our church, leading training sessions for our church elders, presiding over the Lord's Supper and items too numerous to continue listing. An ordained minister for over 30 years, Walt's expertise and guidance have been a blessing to the church. Walt received his both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Divinity degrees from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, GA.
